Ingredients
- Spaghetti Squash
- Olive Oil
- Garlic
- Herbs (basil, thyme, sage)
- Filling of your choice
Cut the Squash horizontally (width wise) and scoop the seeds out. Line the insides with olive, herbs and garlic. Place it upside down in a baking tray and spray olive oil on the outside as well. Keep it to bake on 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Insert a knife from the outside to see if its soft. (Your sign that its done). Scoop out any extra seeds and insert a filling of your choice. Pesto, Parmesan (non-vegan), Arrabiatta or even Feta. Add salt and pepper and scoop the squash threads out, mixing the filling as you scoop.
