Ingredients
- Sticky Rice
- Onions
- Zucchini
- Peppers
- Scallions
- Garlic
- Any type of Yuzu dressing
- Pickled ginger (cut into bits)
- Organic gluten-free soy
Recipe – Cook rice according to directions. Take a cast iron pan or skillet and generously smear with sesame oil. Add the garlic, vegetables and rice and cook till vegetables are a bit soft. Mix well. Add pickled pink ginger, yuzu dressing, soy (optional), scallions, salt and lemon juice. Mix well. I like to make the rice a bit crispy.
